National Trail Day was a roaring success thanks to all the cyclists who showed up to make a statement about our commitment to Palos Verdes trails. We had at least 43 mountain bikers out of about 55 volunteers. There were a few who forgot to sign in at the gate so the actual number was closer to 50. REI was there to provide water bottles, energy supplements, and a bunch of other goodies. Dennis Johnson of the Daily Breeze was there to report the event. Daily Breeze article.
